A Message from the President

Hello Cheyenne Ridge neighbors, old and new. If you've been a resident of Cheyenne Ridge for more than a year, then you probably are aware of the association's operations in support of our residents and property owners (and thank you for your past service, too).

If you are new to Cheyenne Ridge, welcome and congratulations! Our neighborhood has so many great things to appreciate:

  • excellent schools within walking distance,
  • easy access to highway systems,
  • well established beautiful trees,
  • great City of Edmond services,
  • and a dedicated neighborhood association.

Our association's mission is addressed on the dues statement. What people sometimes lose sight of is, it is also an opportunity for you.

We exist to serve Cheyenne Ridge and provide you with an organization ready for ideas to keep improving our community. Join in and be heard. Use us to be a force that, together with your help, keeps Cheyenne Ridge safe, beautiful, and a neighborhood we're proud to call home.

Thank you, and please feel free to call, e-mail, or text!

CRHA President

Annual Dues

Dues are very important for us to continue maintaining our area and our property values. Water, electricity, mowing, trimming and fertilizing are costly, but we are proud of our appearance, thanks to everyone who pays dues annually. The dues also help with sprinklers, flowers, landscaping, neighborhood events, postage and mailing supplies.

Yearly dues are $65.00, $55.00 for 65 and older. Download a 2013 Dues Statement

Block Captains

Anna and Dick Brown have volunteered to chair our Block Captain program. Block Captains will be responsible for notice and communication to all residences within their responsibility block.
